These Keto recipes are really amazing. It has become a little famous in the last few years now. I have bee really wanted to try it out and I have finally found the recipes for it in this site today. The instructions were really easy to understand and follow through it.

I’ve been debating for a while about trying a keto diet but I thought it looked to difficult or expenssive. Upon reading these recipes, I realized that is not the case.
The ingredients are very simple, and they all look so delicious. Especially those Mozza Sticks. I will definitely be giving those a try soon. I’m glad I came across your site, it looks like you have all the information needed to help a beginner start a keto diet. Thank you for the recipes.
Thank you very much, I’m glad it good give you some insight. I am trying to cover all basis keto, so it is still a work in progress. I tried the cheese cups last night with a mix of tuna, mayo, green leaf lettuce and some spices…it was delish.

The keto diet is a mystery to me, has been for awhile, because I hear so much about the word keto, but do not really understand what it is! Maybe if I could learn it in some bulletpoints that would help me. And I have a question…many of the recipes listed on your home page are high in dairy usage. Are most keto diet recipes inclusive of dairy? Just curious.
I love the quick bread recipe! Why almond flour instead of regular flour? What other flours could be used (for the same reason, I guess?)
Did you see the article Keto for beginners, if that doesn’t clear up what keto is I’d glady send you a small summary. Its basically low carbs or less, moderate protein and high fat. This trains your body to burn fat rather than sugar.
Most full fat cheeses are allowed, I personally don’t do regular milk as it has too much sugar and carbs. Some do though, I use coconut or almond milk…or heavy whipping cream for a substitute.
An answer to your flour question, we try to keep our carb intake 20 grams or less and 100 grams of flour contains 76 grams carbohydrates.

Thanks for the clarity. I like the part of teaching my body to burn fat rather than sugar. That is major! I am sure the body has to go through some detox for the Keto diet to work. It is something…how did our bodies become so out of balance!
Yes you are right about being out of balance, its a scary thing to think how far we’ve come in everything else but how far behind we have come with our own health.
Hi I would like to give you feedback on your post. I think your idea is great. We can never have too many recipes. I skimmed through your post and the images look very tasty.
To improve the read’s experience, I would try to either put a table of content divided by category. That way of a person wants to look for a soup recipe, they won’t have to go through your whole post to see if you even have one. They could click on “soups” and bang they found it.
Since the topic of dieting is so popular, you could put together a quick guide e.g. “5 easy keto meal prepped in less than 20 minutes” and offer it as a freebie to grow your mailing list.
To summarize, your topic is really interesting, your recipes look great and they are well presented. I would simply put them in order and put a table of content.

I appreciate your comments and I was thinking that myself about sub categories. It seems everytime I mess with the menu I put something off balance. Do you know of a tutorial right off hand that would simplify what I need to do.
